Adult and Child Therapy Fees and Insurance Billing

I am currently a preferred provider with Regence and Premera. For clients who wish to use out of network benefits if the are available to them, I can provide an insurance-ready document (aka "Superbill") that you may submit for reimbursement per your policy. For clients who do not have insurance please discuss with me self-pay and sliding scale options I may have open. *Please note my work with children, parents and families related to divorce, is done under coaching services only.

Rates for Therapy services (as of May 1st 2023):

• $150 for New Client Intake and Follow Up therapy sessions (60 minute hour)​

Divorce & Coparent Child Specialist Coaching Fees

Coaching is not considered mental health treatment and cannot be billed to your insurance. Coaching is a different process than therapy and is for the purpose of offering consultation support for your divorce or mediation process. Coaching maintains a neutral approach and confidentiality necessary for safely working with parents in a legal or potential legal process which are not possible to maintain in a therapy process, where an identified client and a mental health diagnosis is needed for insurance coverage. Structuring the work using the coaching/mediation contracts protects all members from information and documentation being used in a way that is contrary to the purpose of reducing conflict, avoiding adversarial legal processes that may harm children and families.    

 

Fees for services are self-pay and will be billed directly to clients the day of service  My billing software forces a choice of one party responsible for billing, You may make arrangements to cost share between yourselves or we can discuss agreeable solutions to share financial responsibility.

Rates for Coaching services (as of May 1st 2023):

• $200 per 60 minute hour session.  Additional coaching services such as travel, documentation or communication with other professionals involved on your team will be billed same rate in increments of .25 hour.

Payment

Payment is made on the day of service with the credit card on file set up in your online portal. You will have access to all invoices and payments with your online portal and can change your credit card on file or request information regarding billing, payments or request billing documents at any time directly from Kristin Little.

Cancellation Policy

When you make a therapy or coaching appointment, the time is specifically reserved for you. In the event that you need to cancel an appointment or reschedule, please notify me as early in advance as possible (at least 48 hours) so I may have the ability to fill the scheduled time. If you do not give at least 48 hours notice you will be billed the session fee.
